It was clean inside. Brilliant location in the middle of the city, bistros and bars were close to the hotel. There were several bars and restaurants nearby.

Had 2 nights in Newtownards, spending my time here lovely. There was a good choice of options for breakfast, including coffee and bacon, I appreciated it. The staff was welcoming and the room was tidy, new-fashioned. The service was welcoming

Travelled with my family, overall the hotel was perfect. There were new-fashioned, tidy rooms with comfy spacious bedroom, the Saturday live music, for example.

Overall it was comfortable quiet and immaculate with a dilapidated bathroom. The location offered was convenient and perfect short walk to the centre, shops and the restaurant on the first night. I had quick lunch at Kfc, located a short walk to the hotel. 

Good breakfast options with whole meal bread. Reasonably spacious room, shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets in the room.

The location was brilliant - in the middle of Newtownards. Close to bistros and bars, it was a bonus.

Enjoyed its very polite and welcoming staff.

we had a fantastic stay, the hotel was brilliant, clean, with brilliant location near shopping mall. when we checked in, standard room with a window instead of a skylight was ready.

The units are well-equipped with a bath. The location is comfortable, just a pleasant stroll away from Ards Arts Center.

The room is neat and immaculate, it comes with a bath, the bedroom, as for instance. The service is good, includes great parking. The staff are consistently courteous and the location is particularly good on the self service 

Had a perfectly pleasant stay for a friend's wedding, everything was nice. Its staff was very efficient and caring. The room with a window instead of a skylight. The food was good, had lots of options.  

Fairly clean hotel, good staff, exceptionally nice and immaculate room. In the middle of the city, very convenient. Lovely area with pubs and bistros close to the property. Overall a fab stay for a business 

Great accommodation with magnificent setting not far from local restaurants, bars and facilities, Newtownards, and the adjoining pub.
